Why is my wooden wick not staying lit?

Ensure the wick is trimmed to 1/8" before lighting. If the wick has excess charred wood from a previous burn, gently remove it to help the flame catch properly.

What should I do with the jar once the candle is finished?

Once your candle has burned down, give the container a second life! Wash it with warm, soapy water, and it’s ready to be repurposed! Use it as a planter, a storage jar, a makeup brush holder, or anything you’d like. If you prefer, the container is fully recyclable. Sustainability is at the heart of our brand. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Estimated delivery times will also be provided at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We hope you love your new Fioca product! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for returns within 14 days of purchase. To process your return, please provide proof of purchase and a photo of the product in its original condition.

What if my package gets stolen or goes missing?

While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives on time, delays caused by carriers are beyond our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen or missing packages.

What if my candle arrives broken?

In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged, please email us with pictures. Once a confirmation email is sent back to you, your piece will be replaced.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order is submitted. Contact us as soon as possible to inquire about making adjustments.
