  • No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind:
    We hope you love your new Fioca product! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for returns within 14 days of purchase. The product will be evaluated by our team to ensure it is in acceptable condition for a return. Once approved, the corresponding amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. To initiate the return process, please contact us at info@fiocacandle.com with purchase details and photos of the product.

  • Damaged Items:
    In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@fiocacandle.com within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. Once we review your request and send a confirmation email, we will replace the damaged piece at no additional cost.
